Estimated Delivery Time
Typically, the estimated delivery time after order confirmation is 5 to 12 business days (including order processing and shipping time). Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. This is an estimated time, not a guaranteed delivery time; severe weather, carrier service disruptions, customs inspections, incorrect addresses, or peak periods may cause delays.
Shipping Costs
Orders qualify for free standard shipping. For other orders, the specific shipping method and shipping cost will be displayed before payment at checkout. After the order is submitted, we will not charge any additional shipping fees that were not previously disclosed.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
If tracking service is provided, the relevant information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately; once the goods have been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Customs and Delivery Issues
Orders are shipped internationally from China, while customers in the United States may have local shipping. Any applicable import-related fees will be handled in accordance with the terms displayed at checkout and relevant laws and regulations. Returns
Returns are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy. Return shipping costs incurred for personal reasons (such as a change of mind) shall be borne by the customer.
